Unprofessional and breaking the law. I have had 4 appointments canceled without being told, as well as the hardest time ever getting these people to answer the phone. Most recently, I had an appointment scheduled for my son on January 4th, and showed up to that appointment to be told that the practice was closed permanently and I would need to go to a new pediatrician. They did not once tell us the practice would be closing or that I would need to find a new dr. I have been waiting on his medical records to be sent over to a... read more
I only gave the facility 2 stars due to the fact that we have been coming here for 11 years. I don’t like the fact that every time I’m here with my kid it’s always a different doctor seeing him. It a comfortable feeling to see 1 doctor someone you feel knows your kid. The front desk needs much improvement on customer service and how to speaking with parents. I know the area has a lot to do with the how staff handles parents and patients but this place use to have Integrity.. and most importantly timing, my kid was scheduled ... read more
