I work in the ER on my feet 12 hours a day which leads to some pretty serious low back and leg pain. It was refreshing to be able to put my health in someone else's hands and have such relief. I plan on treating my pain regularly. Thank you.

Afterward, I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I also like how she gives advice afterward on what you can do everyday to treat your body better, like certain stretches that can help your problem areas. Definitely recommend!
