Our family is relatively new to the area, and I only wish I'd gotten connected with Golnar & Lifecycle sooner! The classes she offers for moms are amazing, allowing childcare not to be an obstacle in our self-care and encouraging visible parenting. Great workouts, great variety, great space, great atmosphere. And Golnar is so generous with her knowledge and her time. If you're thinking about taking classes here, do it!

Golnar and team helped setup my son’s 3rd birthday party. The theme I picked was superhero and she was so helpful with ideas for activities and transforming her amazing space to incorporate the theme. She was open to all my ideas and on the day helped facilitate all activities including serving the kids lunch, so we ( parents ) could socialize. All 17 kids ( ages 3-6 ) had a blast.

I needed a full re-boot and LifeCycle was the perfect solution. The owners/instructors are all encouragement and support. And their loyal community is equally welcoming.
