I was struggling with the unfinished basement work left by another contractor. After I left a message on their phone line, Dustin kindly called me back and gave me such helpful advice on how to get the remaining work completed. From our conversation, I learned that our basement only required a handyman to finish the job. Whenever I call, Hannah, is always polite, professional and very helpful. No questions are too small for her to answer. She gives me the time to listen, gets the correct answer, or makes sure the call is forwarded to the right place. Her friendly attitude is a great first impression for Life Construction.
Mike has been very good at getting back to us promptly. He was willing to help us out on a very small job that is not part of his usual work. While we ultimately found an alternative solurion, I felt good about working with Mike.
