The crew left my home a mess every day, tracked dirt through the house, and played loud music for hours. Worse, they left the remodel halfway done and stopped showing up altogether. I had to involve legal help just to get a partial refund. Avoid at all costs.
Once the deposit was paid, communication became a nightmare. Missed appointments, unanswered messages, and no updates for days. When issues came up, they refused to take responsibility. Definitely not someone I’d trust again.
I hired this remodeler for a kitchen renovation, and it was a huge mistake. The job that was supposed to take 3 weeks stretched into 2 months, with constant excuses. The tile work was uneven, and the cabinets were misaligned. I had to pay someone else to fix their mistakes. Totally unprofessional.
I was quoted one price at the beginning, but the cost kept going up with vague explanations. The quality of work did not match the premium price. Sloppy paint lines, cheap materials, and poor communication throughout. I regret choosing this company.
We are so thrilled with the work Life did in our home. We had several different projects including total redo's of our master and guest bathrooms, building custom shelving in our garage, restoring our office space, and adding lighting throughout the house. Erik was very responsive and helpful in coordinating the projects. Iuri and William's craftsmanship was next to none. You get what you pay for with this company. They back up their work and are dedicated to making things right and fixing any issues that pop up.
