Had my 2nd appointment at the new Bettendorf location today (3/21/2026.) have had a good experience so far! Really like my counselor as well!
Inquired about EMDR at this place, was impressed they were going to schedule me within two weeks. I took myself off other waitlists thinking I’d found a therapist. Then I get a call that instead of scheduling me NOW, after I am no longer on ANY OTHER WAITLIST and back to the end of every line—I’m waitlisted and not scheduled. I have been going to Life Connections for a while now. I started receiving bills from almost 4 months ago for over $100/session. No one from the business has communicated anything with me about my insurance being an issue. I have called the business to speak with someone several times and have not received a call back in 3 weeks. There is never anyone at the front desk to speak with if there is an issue. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service.
Had an appointment…. I showed up ten min early. No receptionist at desk. Sat down in waiting room and waited for my appointment. Three providers came out each one saw me and said nothing. I continued to wait until 30 min past my appointment time. Not a single time did anyone ask me anything or even take notice I was there. I left after waiting 40 minutes for my appointment. Maybe there was a legitimate reason I don’t know. Never heard anything from them about missing my appointment.
