These people are snakes only looking to make a profit. They pushed there way into a room full of grieving family members and proceeded to push a hard sales strategy after being asked to leave. Absolutely disgusting.
My father recently passed and we had to go through them to donate his organs like he wanted. They made life an absolute living hell. First they tried to schedule the time they would cut off life support at 4 am then they said that I couldn’t be in there with him when he passed. As much as we wanted to donate his organs because that’s what he wanted, we were unable to do that for him because of how poorly their system is designed. Receptionist is very rude I was following up on my hard copy medical card I paid for. It has been over a month sense I paid the state fee. I asked if I was getting my card or can I get my money back and the receptionist replied it's only been a month since you renewed with the state and I will talk to my manager. With an attitude and hung up on me. Like I did something wrong. Definitely need a new receptionist that care's about the patients. I will be finding a new doctor's office next year so I don't have to deal with that ... read more
