I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I am so pleased and grateful for the excellent customer service and kindness, everyone is professional and nice. They truly love the animals and I appreciate that. The doctor is so loving and patient with my dogs ( Joey & Cloe). They don't try to get over and over charge you for unnecessary things. We had our first visit with our new kitten and the tech and vet were amazing. They were so sweet with the kitten, and warned us how the kitten might react to each of the shots so we didn’t get concerned. The vet also asked multiple times if we had any concerns and if she could answer any questions.
When this clinic first opened, we happily became clients. Took both of our dogs and recommended others. Unfortunately, Dr. Kenney refuses to cut off taking new patients so you can never get a sick appt but can get an emergency visit if you're willing to sit and pay $50 more. It's been this way for over a year now. Asked for a sick visit and was given Monday as next available. Mind you, it was Tuesday. Completely unacceptable.
