We had our first visit with our new kitten and the tech and vet were amazing. They were so sweet with the kitten, and warned us how the kitten might react to each of the shots so we didn’t get concerned. The vet also asked multiple times if we had any concerns and if she could answer any questions.
When this clinic first opened, we happily became clients. Took both of our dogs and recommended others. Unfortunately, Dr. Kenney refuses to cut off taking new patients so you can never get a sick appt but can get an emergency visit if you're willing to sit and pay $50 more. It's been this way for over a year now. Asked for a sick visit and was given Monday as next available. Mind you, it was Tuesday. Completely unacceptable. My dog is always very well cared for, the staff is very friendly.
We received such compassionate care when we had to rush our elderly cat in to be put down. Though we hadn't been to the office in a while, they accommodated us to get us in urgently and went out of their way to give thoughtful, supportive care through the whole ordeal. Dr Kinney explained things to us clearly and gently every step of the way.
