This place is a true blessing. I see those negative reviews and can tell you for a fact that this place is a consultation of big hearted women who are trying to help out other struggling women in whatever situation they may be in. No they are not a medical facility or a relay for an abortion clinic. They are just women who come in everyday waiting on a mother who is down on her luck to turn to them for help. Choices women’s center is a valuable resource to women in Harrison County. They help mothers and families dealing with unplanned pregnancy. They offer support through uncertain times. They educate parents about topics that are relevant to them. They also help families struggling to provide material needs for their children and family. They offer emotional and mental support as well.

I called to schedule an ultrasound and was told they only provide services to women looking to get an abortion. This is an abortion facility masquerading as a women's health center.
