I found Karis at Life Changing Psychology when I was struggling with postnatal anxiety and low mood, and I’m so glad I reached out. Karis was so compassionate and is really knowledgeable in perinatal mental health. If you’re looking for a psychologist on the Central Coast who supports women during pregnancy or postpartum, I would highly recommend her.
After a difficult birth I was struggling emotionally and saw my GP who referred me to an amazing perinatal psychologist on the Central Coast. Karis at Life Changing Psychology is the best. She is so compassionate and her support got me through my darkest of days. She gave me hope, helped me heal from my birth trauma and fall in love with my baby and life as a new mum. I have nothing my praise for this woman and would definitely recommend Karis to other mums needing support.
Karis is an amazing clinical psychologist with a wealth of experience, expertise and attention to detail. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and she’s definitely the most helpful out of all the clinicians I’ve seen previously. I wouldn’t of been able to overcome certain things, and implement various strategies without her sessions. She has helped me using a variety of therapy modalities including; DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, Somatic therapy and more. She is always creative in her problem solving methods. 100% recommend!
