Horrible staff. Disrespectful and some of them come to work drunk! These people didnt allow me to speak to my family and i had a family member pass! Alicia is the most disrespectful person ive ever met. And she's a control freak with no life. All she does is watch the camera from her phone

I'm honored to be part of the Life Changes team. After separating from my prior employer I searched high and low for a facility that has client care as it's number one priority. I finally found it in Life Changes. It's a smaller facility so clients receive extensive one on one care and therapy. Clients get well here, families heal here, peoples lives change here. Working at Life Changes has been such a great experience for me so far. I have been here almost a year and something I love about this facility is how the staff works together life a family. The clinical team works closely with the clients to make sure they are getting the best treatment and therapy possible while they are at Life Changes. I have worked in many facilities over the years dating back to 2013 and Life Changes has been the best employment by far.
