On a 6 month waiting list before I could see someone. If I was suicidal I may not have made it. My therapist was a good listener but after 6 sessions she was showing me to the door. I never received any sort of guidance for "life change". What did change was I completed payment of my insurance deductible. Now it's a new year and my deductible begins again and I begin again to seek help elsewhere. I'm sure the reviews are limited because not many people want you to know that they are in therapy. But therapy shouldn't carry that stigma. Seeking help and talking to someone is a very beautiful thing. You will look forward to visiting this building. It looks like any other building in Albuquerque, but when you enter into the safety of the courtyard garden, the beautiful fountain is there to great you every time.
