This place listened to me. I went in on my own accord and told them I was physically addicted to 7OH and that I wanted to get clean. The staff, counselor, and Dr. Swanson all listened to me. “I’m not doing heroin or hard drugs, I’m simply physically addicted to 7OH and I want to get off it”. This has got to be the very worst clinic in Nevada, totally so unprofessional it will definitely change your life (for the worst) It has taken over 6 months to schedule an appointment with the doctor to get on monthly take homes I jumped through hoops only to find out that the doctor never filed my forms to receive my takeouts, so after waiting patiently or my takeouts not only do they not give them to me made me pay for the entire month,then two days later transferred me to another clinic over 40 miles away with absolutely ... read more

I got to say they help changed my life but I just tried to call to see if I can get my medication after work because I got called in early but I'm not off until 1:00 and the life change center closes at 12:45 so I called to see if I can get my meds for the weekend and they just rudely told me no they will not wait for me leaving Me with withdrawals all weekend while I have to work. Staff is as wonderful as can be. They really understand and believe in what they're doing and are committeed to doing it the *right way*. Great counselors, nurses, front desk people that are very easy to talk to and really give great advice. I've been going for a lot longer than I'd like to admit but I've been clean for 6 years because of the tools I've acquired in my time at the LCC have equipped me for not only kicking my addiction but also preparing me to lead a much more sober and healthy life. I cannot believe the things people have to go through at this facility. They always try to find a reason to take your steps and chop you down. The life control center is not bound on helping you but rather being more like a parole center or even your life's main purpose. If I could, I would give them zero stars, but am not able to.
