I was a long time member under Prisma (and GHS). Have mixed feelings about the Y ownership. I feel like they could support the Aqua Fitness classes more than they do. We’ve had a lot of disruption in the past year due to the pool heater not working, and it’s still not dependable. They ask for patience but I feel we have been overly patient. The staff is dedicated, but maybe not the Y management.
Love this place.
This is the best "gym" I've ever been to. First of all, it's very clean. Even the showers and the locker room. There are people constantly doing little things in the workout area, too, like vacuuming. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Kelly was spectacular helping us get accustomed to the eGym machines. (They are a fantastic workout and designed so you never have to worry about someone cutting in front of you.)
