Saved my life after cancer diagnosis. After treatment I was so weak. It was owned by prisma in 2023 when I joined. Mary Beth taught me exercises. Now I have a plan and feel very supported.
Very nice and helpful staff, lots of equipment, very modern.
Plenty of great equipment friendly staff..has a pool...quiet..the E GYM is awesome!
