When I first came to Galax I was negative and a buckle head.things Once I changed my attitude things began to look up. The staff wasn't what I made them out to be. All the staff at Galax is there to help if you just give them a chance. If you serious about getting clean Galax is the place to be.

Galaxy life center saved my life.The staff treated me with respect and so helpful,the counselors are amazing.The food is outstanding. I found God again here,this place woke the holy spirit in me and I thank God that he landed me here.If you really want recovery and start a new life for yourself, I highly recommend galaxy life center and I want to thank the entire staff of galaxy life center for saving my life.I truly love you all and blessed to have landed here
I swear maybe if enough people that have seen it first hand leave a review on here they will get shut down. I cannot believe it is still open. I went in 2018 and people were shooting dope in the bathroom that they had just freely walked up to the store to meet someone and get .. it's unreal. It's so sad that Money is more important than these people's lives
Great place at Galax, if you work the program it works. Staff is great at both facilities. However the Hillsville campus, has a lot to be desired, goes from a family type atmosphere to a corrections facility feel almost immediately upon transfer...over all id recommend it Galax facility is full 5, Galax 3.0 and that's only because staff is awesome without them 1and that's being generous.
