I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went to this location with my son for his sleep study. The room had no A/C and it was August 1st. They offered us a fan better yet they asked if I wanted a fan. The pull out bed was horrible for a parent to sleep or rest on. Mattress on it need to be replaced. The lady could not figure out how to turn down the volume on the pulse ox machine. Never again will I take my son there. I would like to follow up to my previous review from a month ago. It has been almost six weeks since my son's sleep study and as of yesterday we still had not heard from them with results. It took my son's pediatrician calling the sleep center 3 different times before getting the results. Found out he has sleep apnea. Not happy that it took six weeks.
My four year old son had a sleep study at Life Care Sleep & Health Center last night, and it was overall not a great experience. I would like to start by saying the woman that always called regarding my appointments (Kim) was VERY nice, helpful, and informative. She was a pleasure to speak with. The technician was also very friendly. She introduced herself, was helpful with answering questions, and was very friendly and welcoming with my son. Some employees were rude. They also didn't communicate well with my PCP. Not impressed.
My husband was sent to this location for sleep test during July and August 2015. They did not get back to him with the results nor did they send it to his listed primary care physician. After numerous calls to them, with the phone going directly to voice mail and calls not being returned, in November, 2015, we were finally able to have them get back with us about setting up an apt. with their dr. to discuss the results.
