What to say about Lifecare Centers of America (LCCA?) First, when any loved one is placed in long-term skilled nursing it is a difficult decision. The transition is difficult for the patient and their families. The transitional issues that occur are not a failure with LCCA facilities. Their site in Lynn that was once a cream of the crop when first built is a true s***hole now. No lie...feces on floor right as you exit the elevator! I transferred my mom out of there quickly. Staff is unprofessional, lazy and rude.
