Yet another complaint, Night shift neglects to make sure my grandmother is clean and dry, she has had MULTIPLE UTIs since she has lived here, her roommate has informed us of this because they don’t empty her catheter either. If you didn’t want this job to begin with why did you take it? Do better Joey.

EDIT: I have called multiple times. Zero response. I have been called to pay for my mom now- in fact said I would pay it until the Director called. This was 3 weeks ago. And again on Saturday. I asked for an itemized statement of how my mom was billed. They sent me a coding sheet. My mother was approved for 21 days. She spent 13 there. On the other hand, my dad who has passed spent almost 30 days, and now they cannot locate anything for him. His tablet went missing, clothes went missing. This is a wonderful facility! The office staff, nursing team, and therapy department are all friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They genuinely care about their residents! I highly recommend to anyone looking for short term or long term care!
