The worst nursing home in New Albany IN. They don't appreciate their staff the poor residents don't get the care they need and they have alot of falls
I have a very good friend staying in this facility. Everytime I have visited the staff have been wonderful. The facility is always clean. I would defiantly recommend this facility.
Absolutely disgusting facility!!! Overworked and under paid staff I feel terrible for the residents!! If you love your family member don't bring them there!!!
This is the worst nursing home in New Albany. My mother was rarely washed or changed and was over-medicated so they wouldn't have to do anything for her. There was feces and urine on the floors.
It really saddens me to have to pull my father from this facility due to lack of care. This facility need cameras, to see how the residents are being mishandled. The state should go in and investigate past and present residents, families, victims.
This is a very nice facility. The residents seemed very happy and well cared for. The staff were all very polite as well. The bird cage area in the front room is very inviting and beautiful.

Life Care Center of East Ridge is AWSOME. They took such great care of my mom and my whole family. The therapy staff is top notch and the nursing staff is so considerate. Activities staff made sure she was involved in activities. The kitchen staff made sure mom had food she likes to eat. The renovations make the building look excellent, just like home. I would reccommend it to anyone to anyone who needs to get better and go home. It isn't a place you go to die.
