The Andover location is neglectful of the their residences. There is enough staff to give care but a lack of leadership oversight to ensure employees are doing their jobs. Residence do not receive sufficient assistance with eating, bathing and dressing. My relative would go to bed in their day clothes because of lack of assistance.
