You need better signage to the main entrance from the rooms
The place is nice and appears well maintained. Service workers were All attentive and courteous. However, the place does smell a bit. Could be soiled linens that just hadn’t made their way to cleaning yet?
Mom is receiving excellent care and therapy. I highly recommend Life Care Center of Scottsdale.
