I visited my friend there. Its a lovely place! It doesn't have a nasty odor as most places do. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The staff is very kind , helpful with a nice smile! Their are neat and clean as well. They spoke with love and respect to my friend. I would Most definitely recommend this facility. The Only bad thing I can say is; " the fragrances of the air fresheners and the perfume fragrances of the staff is way too much!! Very strong, kinda triggered my asthma.

How often does maintenance change or clean the air filters in the P-tac HVAC units in the clients rooms ? Is there a log that documents this routine and important maintenance schedule? Is management/administration awate that dirty and clogged filters can jeopardize the health of their vulnerable clients ?

Where do I begin. I have NEVER seen a rehab facility that is this bad. I would give negative stars if I could. My mother was in here twice to get stronger after a lengthy stay in the hospital. All of these rehab facilities are the same. All bad. This one is the worst. Understaffed. Call buttons on for literally hours. Staff could care less. Just collecting undeserved paychecks.
