This was my 3rd visit to see Ms. Dixie Burton! My first visit the staff was not too friendly & she had, had her call button on for 15- 20 minutes, she had to go to the bathroom!! The One guy said he was very very busy when I went to ask why they hadn't answered the call button!! No smiles, and the other two Attendants or nurses had similar attitudes!!! My husband and I have debated whether to leave a review. Ultimately, we agreed that places like this can improve with constructive criticism. So, here’s my honest assessment of our stay: it was slightly above average. However, we faced challenges in getting ahold of staff when needed. Came to visit my cousin. She seemed very happy. The staff was very friendly, other patients seemed happy to be there, the facility was very nice very clean. The atmosphere just seemed nice.
