I had to come and change my review due to several things that happened at thus facility. Even though they are very nice, they also have a huge communication problem. They actually left my non verbal grandmother at a doctor's appointment that they never communicated with me about. And that appointment possibly could've changed the situation in her health but I had to cancel it and now I'm planning on her to be in hospice. This situation really has changed alot. Very clean and spacious. Staff is very nice and have great plans for my grandmother.
the workers are extremely nice, always helping and they get things done nicely and quickly! my dad loves it here and is very well taken care of!
The staff is patient and kind. My mom feels comforted and loved .
Staff is always so friendly. Every staff member I’ve spoken to or who has interacted with my mom has been so warm, inviting, and gracious. The facility is a bit dated, but the people make this place somewhere I can feel good about my mom being.
