I honestly do not understand the positive reviews! It reeks in the building no matter what time of day you visit. My mom was there for a week and I took her out and back to the hospital. The room was not cleaned not one time! I sprayed everything down with Lysol every day. Emptying a garbage can is not the same as cleaning. She has a wound on her tailbone that is supposed to be cleaned and dressed daily and it wasn’t. One nurse did it one time after I mentioned it but that was it. Shout out to the Rehab/Therapy team at Life Care in Hendersonville. They're effective and compassionate at the same time and that can be a tough line to walk. Thankyou for your good work.
Our Dad was taken care of with the upmost professional care we deemed possible at Life Care of Hendersoville, NC. My brothers and I would recommend Life Care for your loved one as well, We, were able to come almost three times a day to check on him and welcomed by all staff each time. We were well pleased and our Dad has now passed away and is in heaven. Thanks again for loving our Dad. Becky
