Even though I've only been employed with LCCA a month, I've enjoyed every minute, every day with the NW Division. Everyone has made me feel welcomed, and great support from all in the NW Division, esp my TA teammates.
Therapists alert. They were very nice initially. As they hired me as manager for rehabilitation.1) I was put to work more more than 12 hrs a day. 2) Caution!!!! they did not pay me for the last 2 weeks I worked. 3) Staff and regional ganged up on me on many grounds. 4) They worried about paperwork than patient care. 5) post date billings and will make you accountable for their lack of staffing. 5) Divisional managers may set you up for termination or voluntary termination.
