Every time I've used them Im always late to my Dr's appointment.
They are always late. Waiting time more than an hour.
I really dont understand how these people been open for such a long time with such bad service if I have a 12 pm pick up is it acceptable for them to arrive at 2:45?
This guy using his truck off hours #22 is incredibly loud in a residential neighborhood. Backing his car up into a space at late hours of a night where he does not live. He seems drunk, I'm not sure whether to call police but really does not seem like a high quality service.
Being using various ambulette for the past 6 years for my son , this company sucks came 45 minutes late to pick me up for my appointment today !! Also I called them at 1:40 to let them know I am ready to be picked up to return home ( return schedule for 2pm) They told me 20-30 minutes, called again at 2:27 they told me 14 minutes, called back at 2:59, they told me 5 minutes , its now 3:15!!
