Being using various ambulette for the past 6 years for my son , this company sucks came 45 minutes late to pick me up for my appointment today !! Also I called them at 1:40 to let them know I am ready to be picked up to return home ( return schedule for 2pm) They told me 20-30 minutes, called again at 2:27 they told me 14 minutes, called back at 2:59, they told me 5 minutes , its now 3:15!!
Very bad service. They put my husband into ambulatory and I signed for pick up and then driver told me that he has to pick up another person. This is not right. Not asking if it's ok. Just pick up another person and then tells me that he has to drop off this person first. Of course, because he is in the back. No common sense at all. And the was driving terrible. Not recomend to any one. Safe your life, do not use this service.
This is the worst ambulette in NYC they pick you up at the time that’s suitable for them. Regardless of the type of appointment you have. You can call a week or two in advance and still they won’t come at changed, or requested time. Operators are rude and very nasty. Some drivers are good but my neighbors showed me a recording of one that came smoking on the job to pick up my Mom and she fell out of her wheel chair off the vehicles lift.
Dispatcher - Female extremely RUDE.
The worst second time they didn't come to get me for dialysis.. I'm over them..have new way to get to my dailysis.. thank God
