Today Life Care transported my sister to a doctor's appt. In Kingsport. I met them at the office. When they came through the door she was crying and said she was in pain. She has altziemers and couldn't tell me where she was hurting. Neither ambulance attendant paid any attention to her. When I investigated I found her indwelling Foley catheter was under her leg and was pulled so tightly it was putting traction on her urethra and she was lying in a large amount of excrement. RecommendedToday I received a phone call from Jimmy France that he had transported my mother to Bristol for a doctor appointment. There were issues and Jimmy went above and beyond because he saw my name on the contact list but had the wrong phone number. Jimmy used exceptional and way above to track my cell phone number and call me for advise.
