You hired Ernestean Hogan as a manager knowing she has no license no insurance no legal right to be on the road yet she shows up to work. I understand you have bed bugs and your managers are rude so I would suggest her being fired immediately. Today on the way home from your piece of s*** facility she hits my wife and kids with her piece of s*** Toyota. I would suggest instead of hiring the first scumbag off the f****** Street you do a background check just to make sure they got a f****** valid driver's license fire the b***... read more

Riverside location: This facility is terrible. We had bed bugs here and the manager did not spray the house in a timely manner. The caregivers are rude and abusive to clients here and the cops are called frequently. I witnessed one of the caregivers, Yvonne, strike a client twice on 12/31/16. I called the police and they did not arrest her. I told the manager and Yvonne still works here every other weekend. I hope the ADMHS board holds her accountable.
