Agree with the bad reviews. I had to report them to the consumer board and also to HIPPA as well.
Believe the low ratings. They’re there for a reason. Was seeing a therapist there who allegedly wasn’t charging us correctly and we allegedly owe money which they clearly communicated would be sent to collections. Really makes my kid and I distrust the mental health industry. The fact that her therapist didn’t say anything about these charges accruing then left the practice and now we’re left with no proof that we don’t owe any money is really disheartening.
