I've been dissatisfied with Life Ambulance service based in St. Albans. My mother receives dialysis three times per week and is transported from a nursing facility less than than a mile away. The dialysis facility is only 4 miles from the Ambulance base and she has been kept waiting to return to the facility as long as an hour, even though the times were scheduled. EX: Life Ambulette Service – I would like to comment on the service the Life Ambulette Service has offered - I would recommend it to anyone that needed their service - It has saved me from a lot of worry and time getting my husband back and forth to Dr. appointments, etc. My husband needs a wheel chair to get around on distance walking and such and the service is super - would like to applaud the attendants and drivers that are prompt and very friendly towards me and my husband - keep up the good work.

Staff members are always in the required uniform. A person can feel comfortable in having a Life Ambulance EMT or Paramedic respond during an emergency.
