My grandmother had to use the ambulance service. She got a bill and we called to get an explanation for the bill, the person we spoke with was very rude. We asked for someone who spoke Spanish and she said there was no one, then it ended up being that she did speak Spanish. She would talk over my grandmother and she just kept interrupting. Would not recommend, but its not like people can check what ambulance service they can use at the time of need.
I don't recommend working at this place in the billing area. Everyone there are not team work. I was there new person I just quit I was only 2 weeks in I don't know much about working in billing. I was a new environment Everyone there was bashing me that I could learn when Everyone else was on there phones
I called three times to try to get my insurance updated because they had it under private. I had met my out of pocket and had a 0 deductible. They never did, and it got to the point where my bill went to collections. When I spoke to the BILLING COORDINATOR ELMA, she was very RUDE. She wouldn't let me speak and kept trying to argue with me that I had 3 months to pay the bill and claiming there were no notes on my account. The latest review saying "Worst place to work for" doesn't surprise me, I was asked why I was divorced and if I had violent PTSD in an interview. That was by the business owner and his number two. This place is wholly unprofessional, if they don't even treat their employees with professionalism, what hope do you have when your life depends on these people competently doing their jobs?
