If I could rate this company/entity, zero stars I would. They charged over a thousand dollars for a ride from the Providence East emergency room to the Providence East campus. Literally across the street, not even 1 mile. I specifically asked the Doctor at the emergency room what the cost would be like, because they're known for over charging. She told me the rides are free if given by a Providence ambulance. I then stated they needed to request their own ambulance or I'd walk across. The Doctor then tells me, you're in Diab... read more
Very unprofessional. They give an ETA and end up doubling or tripling the time. Always having an excuse to "justify" their unprofessionality. Had us waiting in the ER for over 9 hrs.

On March 18th Joshua Candeledia and Julianne Ornelas transported my husband from one hospital to another. They were very professional and very careful with my husband who was in so much pain. And helped me to navigate the new hospital. I appreciate their dedication and service. Tammy Adams
Ambulance #46 Wednesday November 19, 2025 around 4-4:30 pm… ashamed I didn’t get the names of the two paramedics that transported my 84 year old mother to The Center!! We were impressed at the professionalism, compassion, and patience displayed to my mom and our family!! You don’t see ‘Excellence’ in customer service and care these days; very rare but these two guys are an asset and I hope they are commended for how they represented themselves and pride in their commitment to serve the community!!! Thank you both!!!!
