Everything is truly great, but if you are in a hurry, do not come here. I have tried everything in hopes to make it work before my appointments — going 1.5 hrs earlier, ordering very easy food, and pre ordering. Nothing has worked. Food always takes more than 40 mins to be ready.
I used to be the biggest cheerleader for this place; frequent customer 5 years - the Salem location was great back when I went there. Unfortunately the quality of food and service - especially in South end is terrible and has gone downhill. Several times, simple things like "sauce on the side ( dietary restriction)" gets overlooked. Simple mistake but frustrating when happens multiple times and after you specifically mention it to them - and then they charge you for extra sauce on top of that- remaking it adds another 15 min... read more
Love the food here. But took 25 min to get one bowl made. Wasn’t busy, as there were only 2 other customers in the store and 5 employees
