Gather around, for I have a story to tell. They're exist a place who's food is so astounding it feels as if your being reborn. Could this be an example of gaslighting? Well, perhaps but why not roll the metaphorical dice and find out. There food makes you just want to be a better person in telling you.
Walked in on a random Wednesday night, not busy, told 30 min wait for food.
Walked in for the first time on a Saturday night and the vibes were great. Service was quick and friendly. The green goddess bowl was delicious and I got a free smoothie for joining the app. The blue smoothie was delicious. I left with leftovers and a new great study spot. Would love to try out for breakfast sometime as the coffee bar looks great.
We got a udon noodle soup and the soup came without the noodles. We got a salad, it came without a sauce. We had to ask 4 times for the noodle and the sauce, I was told that my salad had the sauce even though I said the dish had no flavor at all and for the soup, the noodle got to us maybe 30 min later, when the soup was cold already. Very bad experience. The place is nice and all but the staff needs some more training.
During our recent family road trip, we decided to stop by Life Alive for breakfast on our way home, and I'm so glad we did! We always try to find healthier dining options, but we have a rather selective 10-year-old in our midst. To our surprise, we all had the most amazing breakfast ever—our picky eater even polished off his plate of waffles! My 7-year-old and husband opted for acai bowls, while I enjoyed a hearty hash.
