The quality of the food at this location (Davis) was unfortunately quite disappointing. At other locations I usually order the mushroom shawarma dish with added tofu. At this location the tofu was dry, cold and hard. And they swapped out the cauliflower with carrots, didn’t season the rice, the pita was dry/hard, etc. Basically the food felt old and stale. Otherwise the atmosphere was cozy, lots of seating, employees were nice, and there’s easy (paid) parking in the lot nearby!

Dropped in to enjoy a smoothie and hung out for a little while. And look, before we get into this, for the record: I love onions. I’m an onion nut. I cook up onions all day every day at my house. But something was afoot here yesterday.
