Wish I could gives stars separately for service and customer service/customer relations. Service on a call was excellent. Needed to cancel a subscription after death of family member. On hold for 20 minutes, then trsfd to customer relations. She pulled up account, put me on hold, 10 minutes later someone else came on line and did not like my attitude because I had been on hold for 30 minutes, and hung up on me.
