This company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. 3-weeks ago I took off Friday waited for them and a no-show. I called and was told they couldn’t make it bc of a previous customer took too long. I rescheduled for today Saturday. I was waiting again and received a call from Patrick saying they don’t service my area anymore. I was extremely PISSED. Patrick did a great job with mold remediation and was very accommodating when our situation changed and we had to pause some of the other work he was doing. He's very responsive, fair, and gets things done efficiently.
Patrick and his crew did an outstanding job at the complex I manage. They thoroughly cleaned the buildings vents and ducts. Every resident had positive feedback, and they appreciated the technician’s kindness when entering their homes.
