Patrick was very professional and did a very thorough job. My only issue is when he returned the dryer to its original spot, something happened with the base of the dryer as it wobbles when it’s in use. It appears not to be as stable as before the work was performed
Patrick and his crew did an outstanding job at the complex I manage. They thoroughly cleaned the buildings vents and ducts. Every resident had positive feedback, and they appreciated the technician’s kindness when entering their homes. As a result, our exhaust system is not only clean but also running more efficiently, providing us with tangible benefits. I highly recommend their services.

I initially contacted Life Air Care because of their $89 cleaning special, but once the technician arrived, everything changed. He claimed my ducts had “heavy buildup” and that I needed several expensive upgrades immediately. Suddenly, the quote jumped to over $500 — with no clear explanation. The technician who came from Life Air Care was shockingly rude. He acted like he was doing me a favor just by showing up. When I asked questions about the process, he rolled his eyes and gave one-word answers. At one point, he tracked dirt through my hallway and didn’t even apologize. I called the office to report the behavior, and the woman on the phone was just as dismissive. No one seemed to care about basic customer service.
