The Life Adventure Center partners with Mentors & Meals to provide team building activities throughout the year. We can not express how valuable this is to our students! LAC is one of Woodford County's treasures. Our students learn how to work with each other, they learn to cheer for and support each other, and they learn how to appreciate the out-of-doors. They "learn more in an hour of play than in a day of work"! M&Ms loves the Life Adventure Center of the Bluegrass!
The Mother /Daughter weekend was wonderful we had a great weekend
The LAC facilitators did an excellent job leading our large group activities and small group low ropes elements. Following each activity, the facilitators posed debriefing questions that challenged us to apply the concepts from the activity to our work. It was a great opportunity to explore the concepts of teamwork from a new perspective.
This was awesome!! Action pack, non-stop weekend. We had the best time my kids will be talking about it for a long time.
I'm always excited to help and work with organizations that help others.

The ktfmc trail ride at the lac was a great experience for all involved! We will definitely be back!
The Life Adventure Center provides a fabulous camp experience for teenagers. The facility was well kept and the camp staff did a great job keeping everyone engaged in fun games and activities. It was an amazing experience for our high school students and staff. Watching each one of them support each other and face challenges was a rewarding experience. Each outdoor activity was very enjoyable for the students but the zip line challenge was probably the ultimate activity!! I would highly recommend this camp to anyone!!!!!
