Horrible Management & Lack of Communication – Do Not Rent Here! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The management here is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They misplaced our money orders for rent and never even notified us about the issue. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they responded with a rude and disrespectful attitude when we tried to resolve it. The apartment complex changes management every few months. Trash cans are always running over. They don’t do anything about noise complaints. Kids are outside all day cussing and smoking. The walls are THIN! You can hear everything coming from your neighbors apartment. Conservice messes up tenants water/sewer bills. Nothing the complex can do about it but yet they’re the ones issuing out the bills as in the sewage is included in rent. They close down the office when they feel like it. And they never answer the phones!
Lieutenant Run has a New Community Manager name Mrs Lagreta Rick's who greeted us with the most professional attitude and welcoming smile . Mrs Lagreta Rick's showed and treated us with the utmost kindness generosity that we have even experienced go into any rental property on site. We couldn't even believe our eyes that we was a Petersburg Va rental leasing office. The office was decor look like Kirkland furniture store. Moved in June 1 2022 moved out may 20 2023 i will never live there again I was over charged for a 2 bedroom didn’t get my security.deposit back my car got keyed my next door neighbor patio door was shot up the people over me didn’t have a job so the noise over my head was unbearable 2 3 4am in the morning shooting at least once a week young boys by my front door smoking weed very loud my apartment was infested with roaches kids sitting and fighting on my car if I was homeless I would never live there again nice apartment but... read more
