Way over priced management only care about getting money and not it's tenants. Trash everywhere which have gangs of cats and racoons and possums. When you 1st moved in things where great, but since Jan 2026 new manager doesn't care about anything.
Staff is unhelpful and rude. They seem as if it is a chore to help you. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and forget getting an answer to an email. There are far better places to go and live.
Horrible Management & Lack of Communication – Do Not Rent Here! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The management here is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They misplaced our money orders for rent and never even notified us about the issue. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they responded with a rude and disrespectful attitude when we tried to resolve it. The apartment complex changes management every few months. Trash cans are always running over. They don’t do anything about noise complaints. Kids are outside all day cussing and smoking. The walls are THIN! You can hear everything coming from your neighbors apartment. Conservice messes up tenants water/sewer bills. Nothing the complex can do about it but yet they’re the ones issuing out the bills as in the sewage is included in rent. They close down the office when they feel like it. And they never answer the phones!
