First time going to Lietz's today. I needed breaks and well they gained a new customer and word of mouth. They called me throughout the day to keep me updated on my car and the price I was currently at and asked me if I wanted them to continue instead of just doing it. Completely honest, professional and kind. Thank you, I will be back.
