Great staff!! Proficient, professional, and personable.
Great care! I was in a lot of pain and the staff and dentist were wonderful. They were able to work me in to their busy schedule even though I was not one of their patients. I am really grateful to the staff and dentist for the exceptional care.
Beautiful office with amazing team members and my favorite dentists! Dr. Joe is gentle, informative, and extremely thorough. I trust him completely. He doesn't do any unnecessary work and offers practical solutions before doing anything drastic. For someone nervous about going to the dentist or if you have ongoing "issues," this is the place to go! If you just need a cleaning, the hygienists are amazing! I don't DREAD going to the dentist for once!
I had a wonderful experience as a new patient, every staff member took extra time with me to give exceptional care. I was well educated more than I ever have been by any other dentist! They created a care plan and goals to work on keeping my teeth and mouth healthy! I definitely would recommend.
I've received excellent care from Dr's Liesen and Pinzl for the past 23 years. The new group seems to be continuing in the same direction and my most recent appointment was smooth and painless. All staff at the office (receptionists, hygienists, and dentists) are super-friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is to offer different music (or neutral music) during cleanings.
