I would give zero stars if it were an option.I called 5 times in 10 days and they are so terrible they couldn't even get a trash can dropped off. We had trash collected TWICE without having to call and get attitude from the management. They LIE about everything including billing. DO NOT USE THIS ATROCIOUS COMPANY!!!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!

Wonderful service for years but lately have not been picking up trash on trash day consistently. First time came 4 days later.

Lies never picks up our recycling on time. We have to call every other week to ask them to come back. This Friday they were supposed to pick up trash and recycling as well, and they never came, saying they were short staffed. I am done with this company. It’s been about a year and a constant pain. Lies is appropriately named.

This is the worse trash company I have ever contracted with in my entire life. I have 2 homes in the same neighborhood. Lies would not pick up recycles half the time, the other half, the trash would be left. Last week they came back to get the trash, this week, again, trash was left. I was told they would be back Thursday. My trash day is Tuesday. I canceled both accounts. Its really sad that something as simple as trash pick up cannot be done properly. I have not had any issues and like this company WAY better the competition. Of course, a piece of trash may be thrown out the truck inadvertently when they drive off or the container might not be precisely where it was, but c’mon, they’re hauling your trash! The ladies here at wayyy better on the phone than my previous company; they were polite, I was fully informed of charges (even an upcoming EPA change) and patient with all my questions.
