I went to see Dr. Lu because I was worried about some moles on my back. She comes in the room, peeks at my back underneath my clothes, tells me I'm fine, and then leaves. Barely speaks to me or looks at my skin even though I asked to be fully examined. The appointment lasted less than two minutes and a couple weeks later I get a bill for $80 in the mail. Very disappointed
