Professional, kind and efficient. The new Dr. there, Dr. Petrovich, is wonderful. I've never had such detailed and caring email exchanges with a vet before. Wonderful experience. Update: after 16 years my sweet Cassie moved on to her next adventure. I let the staff at Lien know a few days later. After a first visit. They seemed pleasant but ever since it's been a headache. They don't answer their phones. (I made multiple attempts at various times of day) When you ask to book online and they give you availability to book they don't even give you an hour to respond before booking it up, I responded to them at the end of the day confirming my availability for an appointment and they somehow booked it up after hours?? The most frustrating experience I've had booking a vet.
