Awful staff. Reception sucks
The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the nurses that work here are very sweet and Dr. Lief is a competent doctor. However, the rest of his staff is awful and unprofessional. Their office also needs to get with the times and do electronic orders. It is more efficient, easier for the patient, and saves paper. Every time I have gone there the waiting room is full and the wait is long. The receptionist is both discourteous over the phone and in person. Office Staff and Doctors are great!!! Appointments are on time and information is very forthcoming. Highly recommend this practice.
