EXTREMELY unhappy!!!! We are at 10months to re-flavor an existing product... Did two taste tests in 6 months... Two taste tests... Even sent them a product to match flavor and they never matched it. Second taste test was EXACTLY the same a the firts. This "should" have been complete within 6 months at the MOST. Even calculated an extra 2 months into the product run. Figured it'd at least be done in 8 months. They have 1/2 our money for the production run. Told if we paid it would be expedited... Asked 7+ times to fly out and... read more
