I can think of no better firm to handle the plethora of copyright violations which have become the norm during the digital era than Liebowitz Law Firm, PLLC. I used to get very upset and frustrated seeing my work used without my permission and knowledge. Now, with Richard and his staff on my side, I most welcome such infractions!
Really disappointed with this firm. I've had multiple infringement issues with companies, and had them on retainer for a bit over a year. Each infringement I've brought up was pretty much pushed aside. Current one is recent - within the last month, and I've done all the leg work on this. They only seem to care for big name brands so they can get the most money they can. It's all about money, not justice for those of us that have had our work infringed.
They are very kind and helpful! Donna went way over and above to help me get information to this law firm so they could represent me. I'm computer illiterate and she stepped me through. I highly recommend this law firm if you've been taken advantage of!
This firm is the very best. They go beyond and above to watch out for all photographers. Highly recommend them to everyone.
My photography studio had a potential issue with a customer, I called and spoke with Donna, she is one of the most helpful people that I have ever spoken with. She really put me at ease and helped me clear the air with my problem.
