I've had the dangdest time getting any answers to messages from these folks. They installed a heat pump compressor a year ago and it's still not right. Got a message in February that the replacement compressor was in, have pinged twice since with no answer. They hooked up the thermostat wrong the first time and instead of honoring the service warranty I was charged for a diagnostic visit and $300 for a very basic thermostat even though the one I bought plainly said heat pump compatible and had diagrams on how to hook it up. ... read more
