Dr. Liebertz is incredibly knowledgeable in his work, his communication and he is very kind. His staff is amazing, especially nurse Brandi! They are all so fabulous. Just a wonderful experience.
My rhinoplasty went even better than I could have imagined! I had minor pain only for the first day after surgery that quickly subsided with meds. Healing was quick, and I had minimal bruising. Dr. Liebertz and his team were so kind, knowledgeable, and caring. Thank you Brandi and Connie for all you did especially as well!
Once meeting Dr Libertz and his team I knew this is who I wanted for my surgery. A warm, friendly professional staff made my experience extraordinary. Their kindness is to be commended. So very pleased and grateful for their service.
Staff = 5 stars. From Lisa at the front desk, to Connie in surgery scheduling, to Shayla in the medi spa, to Brandi the MA, they were all so warm and delightful to deal with. I probably interacted the most with Brandi, who has the sunniest smile and disposition. The pre and post surgery process was organized, and the staff really treats you well. SMAS lift = 3 stars.
