My family and I have been visiting this clinic for over 20 years. Excellent doctor, but the staff is rude.
The doctor is a five, Dr. Berger! Calling trying to get through, making an appointment or follow up phone call is an absolute nightmare which my star to four. I have been on the phone for 18 minutes on hold with a loop of the most annoying voicemail that just goes over and over and over about ordering contacts and the office following CDC guidelines, etc., etc., that they make you listen to a dozen times.
