I called to put on hold endlessly. When I go in for my appointment, I waited at least 45 minutes each time I go. Would not recommend. And here’s the kicker, they say to be punctual for your appointment, and then you end up waiting. Lol. A joke. I hope Dr. Liebergal and Dr. Paskowski rectify this situation before their practice closes

Now on my 3rd call to them requesting a refund of $27.67. This was from an appointment my husband had on January 6th, almost 3 months ago. Their response this time was that I should be receiving a check in about 2 weeks. This is totally absurd and unprofessional. It is not the amount, but the principle.
